What Causes An Arm And Fingertips Tingling Sensation After Using Cocaine?

Ive recently used cocaine within the past 24hrs. I am no longer under the drug s effects, however, i have a tingling sensation strictly in my left arm. Mainly at the finger tips. I know that this may be a heart attack symptom. Is it possible to have a non-fatal heart attaqck that still poses serious health risks?
