What Causes An Armpit Knot With Pain And Vomiting After Ingestion?

Last Tuesday, I started vomiting everytime I tried to eat something, Right before I start to vomit I get a sharp stabbing pain in my head. Yesterday I noticed a pain in my arm pit, and when I looked there was a hard knot there, It is still there and still very painful. What would cause this ?
