ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,looking at your symptoms, I would request you to go to an ENT Specialist doctor.
The doctor would undergo Laryngoscopy examination and diagnose the condition. There is a possibilty of Infection/cancer of Larynx.
You can use Analgesic(like Ibuprofen) with Antacid(like Rantac) for the pain.
Try to stop smoking and drinking.Take voice rest.Speak softly.

Hope this answers your question.Take care.
