What Causes An Earlier Period With Light Bleeding And Mild Cramping?

My period is usually heavier and has clots, but this one doesn't hve clots and is very light. Also, I have started a few days early, and I have been feeling a bit odd lately. What is going on with me? Something I should add is I am a narcoleptic and have been taking provigil and fluoxitine. Mild cramping, and a few extra trips to the bathroom as well. Also my teeth seem to bleed more when I brush them.
