What Causes An Earlobe Area Knot With Swollen Lymph Nodes?

Hi, my name is Kayla I have had alot of sinus issues and I am a little worried because, this morning I woke up and found a knot behind my ear but, clothes to my hair line on the top I have heard that it is probably lymph nodes but, all the lymph nodes I see that are swollen behind the ear are clothes to the bottom of the ear mine is kinda at the top of my ear should I be worried what could this be?
