What Causes An Early Menstrual Period Along With Frequent Urination?

I was 2 weeks early on my period and it was way to light to be my period the color was like a salmon and white? Note that there was NO pain what so ever. Also another thing I have been going to the bathroom a lot more than I usually do and I am not able to hold it. I get tired a lot quicker too.
