Hi
thanks for placing your query on HMC

The common causes of Excessive loudening of voice (hyperacusis) are following
1. Chronic ear infection like chronic suppurative otitis media
2. Acoustic trauma like explosion of loud voice near the ear
3. Hearing loss
4. Head injuries
5. With age also
i would ask my patient for detailed history of such exposure
Please book an appointment with ENT surgeon for examination and suitable therapy like tinnitus retraining therapy
hope this will help you
