What Causes An Empty Gestational Sac Without Fetal Pole During Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor, I am 6 weeks pregnant but i am not feeling any symptoms of pregnancy like no morning sickness, nausea. Plus In my first transvaginal ultrasound(at 5 week)sha there was only gestational sac and the doctor recommended me to come for another scan after two weeks. Please suggest. i am really curious can i go for scan this weekend.

The fetal activity is not visible at the sixth week and thus you can go for repeat scan after two weeks.
