General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Ovarian cyst can lead mild abdominal pain and cramps

Ovarian cysts are mostly Benign in most of cases
Hormonal pill prescribed for that...
If medicine can't resolve it in month or if cyst is looking abnormal in USG than better to remove it laproscopically...

Fibroid size is not mentioned by you... Usually it is asymptomatic and found incidentally..

If fibroid large enough and Symptomatic than it needs to be removed as well...

Take care

Consult gynecologist for examination and further work up accordingly

Hope your concern solved
