What Causes An Enlarged Pupil After A Head Injury?

Hello Doctor, my 7 year old granddaughter was struck on her head at school by a boy today, no bleeding or cut apparent according to the teacher, but her pupils are very large, unfortunately I am not at present with her to give you any other signs of symptoms, but the teacher is keeping her close by and evaluating her.

I advise you to take your granddaughter to a Neurologist for consultation immediately. As dilated pupil is a bit emergency symptom but mostly might be temporary but physical and mental rest is advisable. Consult a Neurologist with a CT Head.
