What Causes An Enlarged Scrotum?

What could be the cause of one scrotum enlarged. this is a 85 year old man with congestive heart failure. there has not been any swelling in the lower extremities. He has had urinary issues for years, where he urinates only dribbling, and then voids into the diaper most of the time.

Unilateral enlargement of scrotum in old age (85 years) is seen in following causes
1. Unilateral hydrocele
2. Testicular mass or tumour
3. Orchitis (infection and inflammation).
So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination and ultrasound examination of scrotum.
Treatment is based on the diagnosis.
