Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I have recently discovered my xiphoid process is larger than when I last really checked it (quite a few years ago). Quite a bit larger but I wouldn t say it stands out abnormally. I was just curious as to whether they get larger over time (I am 59 years of age)? I am a non-smoker and relatively good health. I keep active riding my bike, playing pickleball and volleyball a couple of times a week. I m not a fan of the aging process but am very grateful for what I am still able to do, and the desire still to do them. Thanks in advance!
