What Causes An Inactive Seizure After An Injury?

last night at dinner my wife, 64 years old said she didn t fell that well, then went into what appeared to be an inactive seizure, arms limp, head and neck limp where here chin was on her chest, eyes open but a little rolled back. She came to and immediately lost her dinner and lost control of her bladder. She has a pacemaker/defibrillator and it shows nothing abnormal for that time frame. thoughts?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of seizure activity is more likely in your wife's case.
So better to consult neurologist and get done clinical examination, MRI and EEG (electro encephalo gram) brain.
She may need anti epileptic drug to prevent such attacks in future.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your wife. Thanks.
