What Causes An Increase In Abnormal Body Movements And Progressive Right-side Weakness In A Child?

I have a 5 yo female patient who presented with abnormal body movement of 1 year duration with 4 episodes per day which lasts about 1 minute but since a month ago the frequency has increased to upto 3 in a 15 min. Also 3 months ago she presented with right side body weakness which was progressive. I can t explain the hemiparesis
