What Causes An Increase In The Platelet Count?

Dear Doctors,

Good afternoon, My daughter (age 14) having AMl is now under aurveda treatment, and her platelate have increased quiet a lot (i.e 240000) but her Hb is falling and I had to give her pack cell almost every month. Also her WBC is increasing with a increament of Blast cell.

Can you you please advise:

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Her platelet count is normal.
Hercwbc count and blast are increasing. It means she is not responding to the treatment. You should consult oncologist and start chemotherapy according to the type of AML. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
