What Causes An Indentation In Finger While Performing Exercise?

In a yoga pose, while standing I held my toe with the ring and middle finger and raise the leg up. After about 1 minute, there was an indentation on my middle finger plus the tip of my finger was white (no blood) which took more than a minute to return to normal. This is a new development. What is wrong?
