What Causes An Infected Hole On Thigh?
I have had a pinhole sized hole on my thigh for about three year. When it was squeezed initially, a lot of white pus and a small, hard, mass came out. Since then, small amounts of a white substance come out if it is squeezed and the hole has not closed. What might this be?

It looks like a chronic infected sinus. This will require a surgical debridement so that it gets cured completely.
