What Causes An Inflammation In The Eyelid With Redness?

I have an inflammation in my eyelid with a very dry appearance ( wrinkles) and slightly redness around the upper eyelid and the corner of the eye. This symptom shows and goes every four to five days. the aching feeling is middle; however the inflammation changes my appearance. I do not know if it is trigger by any thing that I use or eat.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Inflammation around the eyelid, redness around the upper eyelid and aching feeling in the middle suggests an allergic reaction against some allergen.
Clinical assessment of the eyes is required.
In case the symptoms are due to an allergen, the allergen needs to be removed and steroid eye drops may have to be used.
However, diagnosis can be made after clinical assessment.

Thanks and take care
