What Causes An Insane Twitching On The Left Side Of My Face?

I got bells palsy when I was aboust 6 or 7. And it went away......im 13 going on 14 now and i have this insane twitching on the left side of my face. I cant take it anymore! When im nervous or stressed out......i cant stop blinking or twitching.......is it ever going to go away or is it permanent? Please, I need an answer........
