What Causes An Inverted Left Nipple?
I m 49 YO female, G11P 7. Have had semi-flat nipples. Breastfed 6/7 children. menstrual cycles now 54 days X 4 months. Have noticed left breast nipple more inverted over the last year. Is increased nipple inversion normal as I age and approach menopause? Have not had baseline mammogram due to controversy if they are safe/accurate. I perform BSE monthly and have not noted any changes. Thank you.

Inverted nipple could be a sign of breast cancer and it needs to be excluded. Sonomammography is safe and it should be done.
