What Causes An Irritating Spot In Throat After Smoking?

Hi,
I dont normally smoke cigarettes but this one night I decided to chain smoke like 8 cigarettes. Now I feel this one certain spot on my throat feels more irritable. Is this throat cancer? I only feel it when I touch it. I believe its my thiroid. And it could be in my head as well becuase Im pressing on a sensitive area.

As you mentioned that you took ciggarrete only once but 8 in quantity so due to first tine excessive smoking leads to such complain so not to worry about cancer it is yransient and resolved but dontsmoke now onwards. Once do complete blood count and consult ent specialist for better relief.
