What Causes An Itching/burning Feeling Over The Top Of The Brachioradialis?

Damaged occurred carrying weight straight armed. I am a landscaper and was setting a patio, have been doing this for 15 yrs plus, was first site of season, was working at fast pace w/ heavier weight for 10 hrs straight. Next day could not believe pain. Believe after researching that I've damaged the Brachial Fascia. Tendons do not hurt or seem to be weakened. Symptoms are mainly an itching/burning feeling over the top of the Brachial Radialius. Approx. a 3" diameter by where the arm bends. Injury occurred 3 yrs ago. I am an extreme fitness and health conscience person. Take protein, multi-vitamin, Glucosamine and Chondrotin. Injury will not seem to diminish. Feel this is more of a discomfort injury than debilitating injury. To compound problems I am an avid rock climber. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
