Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy bite on the arm which seems to be due to allergic reaction which occur due to pulling weeds. These type of allergic reaction may range from mild rashes to serious condition like anaphylaxis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to stay in air conditioned room. You should take shower immediately to remove any thing that stick to your skin. Take plenty of fluid and take over the counter antihistamine drug like benadryl or zyrtec. You should consult dermatologist once without any delay. Doctor will take history and evaluate the condition properly and rule out condition like anaphylaxis . Doctor may give adrenaline shot to treat the condition .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
