What Causes An Itchy Breast?

I heard that if you have a build up of yeast, that your armpits/outside area of breasts would be itchy. those are the symptoms I have and I m diabetic, with generally a chronic yeast discharge. Is that true and is there anything specific I can do for the itchy breasts.
