What Causes An Itchy Rash In The Pelvic Region?

I have an itchy rash under my belly that I have had for about a month. I have used gold bond, hydrocortison, neosporin, and am bathing at least twice a day and nothing seems to help. It itches so much that sometimes it bleeds. I am miserable. Please help.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
The cause of itching under the belly with one months history to the extent of bleeding in spite of the medications like hydrocortisone ointment and daily bath can be due to the following reasons:
There may be scabies of some form for which you need a proper diagnosis by a consultation with a Dermatologist and also get a proper treatment as per the clinical picture.
There is another possibility of fungal infection and hence you need to rule out diabetes by blood tests.
