What Causes An Itchy Rash In The Vagina After Taking Augmentin?

Hi Doctor My question is i have taken augmentin prescible by my doctor due to a toe operation. I have taken the tablet for 7 days but now i have a terible rash on the outside of my virginal with a bad itch i tried desitin with no avail.should i go to my doctor or what should i take to make the rash go away
