HELLO DOCTOR. I AM PRESENTLY TAKING TWO MEDICATIONS. AMOX-CLAV 875MG EVERY 12 HOURS, AND VIRTUSSION AC SYRUP 10MG WITH CODINE EVERY 4 HOURS. I HAVE BEEN ON THIS REGIMEN SINCE 7/15.
