What Causes An Itchy White Mark On The Upper Lip?

I used to chip off/ bite away the peak of my upper lip little by little. Now theres a weird triangular shaped white mark at the midpoint of the upper lip... much like a white scar left after stiches.... Its not fading away!!! Is there any way to restore my natural upper lip color?

The skin on lip which is chipped off is expected to heal and regrow. However, I suggest you to consult your dermatologist for clinical assessment and thus management.
