What Causes An Odorless Vaginal Discharge During A Pregnancy?

i think i hav a yeast infection. i am 21 and 13 weeks pregnant, and i hav a green lumpy odourless vaginal discharge. it looks like wet toilet paper sort of and there is enough in there that i can 'scoop' it out. there is no itching or discomfort at all thats y im not certain.please help
