What Causes An Open Hole In The Incision Site Post Cyst Removal?

I had a small cyst remived. 1 month ago. The stitches were removed after three weeks which was one week ago now I have a little open hole that s about 2 cm in diameter . I m afraid to go back to the original doctor because I think he did something wrong I don t trust him anymore. Will a new dermatologist be able to fix this .

Removal of cyst could have caused a raw wound.
This could be the reason of an open hole.
