What Causes An Outbreak Of Rash Around A Sore?

My 8 year old Daughter scraped her knee a week ago or more, and a rash has broken out around the sore... She s had an allergic reaction to penicillin months ago, her doctor had taken her off of it immediately after the first signs of a rash... Do you have any ideas why a rash has broken out around her sore?

I really appreciate your concern, rash is very common symptom seen in pediatric age group and most of the time it does not have any specific reason if this is happening in ill condition it may be auto-immune response, it may be collagen type of disease it may be due to urticarial rash hope this information helps.
