Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Sometimes, due to poor response to hormone therapy, follicles fail to respond and rupture. In such cases, you need to let go of that cycle and retry again in the next cycle. Do not worry about it and follow the instructions from your doctor for the next cycle.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
