What Causes An Unusual Discharge, Late Period, Vaginal Soreness And Urine Leakage?

I'm 40, my last period was strange, started to stop after 3 days and discharge with brown blood, after a couple of days I passed blood - normal colour and black and brown together (it smelt awful). I felt tender in my pelvic area, went to doctors and was prescibed flagyl, I stopped taking this after 3 days as I got bad thrush (vaginal and oral). I then noticed I felt sore and kept wanting to go to the toilet to pass urine (even if I had just been). Sometimes the soreness goes if I go to the toilet. At night I keep wanting to go to the toilet and if I don't I will leak a tiny amount of urine. I don't have any itching or burning. My period is now late by a couple of days which has only happened to me once or twice before since I was 13 and started my periods. Any ideas?
