What Causes An Unusual Vaginal Discharge With Odor?

i am 20 years old and i have noticed that my vaginal fluids are white and thick. at first it is transparent when i have taken a bath. but then it becomes all white and flaky. they accumulate on the inner walls on my vagina and it smells unpleasant too. this has been happening since i can remember. i am a smoker. is something wrong with me?
