What Causes An Urge To Eat Sweets?

I m just wondering if you could help me. I m 18 years old and I have this problem with eating sweets. When I was a few years younger, I was able to eat all sorts of sweets. Now I feel sick to my stomach if I have a piece of chocolate, cheese cake, all sorts. I was just wondering what could be wrong.

You should keep a record of foods that cause this 'sick feeling in stomach'. Also note if you have headache or any other symptoms at that time.
There can be many reasons for this feeling from allergies to migraine triggered by certain foods.
Be diligent in keeping this record. Then go and consult a doctor.
