What Causes An Urge To Pee Frequently And Pain During Urination?

Ok. Docs .. 3 things I know are feeling way wrong 1. Been 2-3 weeks it s hard painful to pee..1 week was the most painful I ever felt in my life ... Little came out yet I felt I wanted to pee more buy it felt like it was stuck or block .. Sharp pains when I couldn t .. Now I m at 3 weeks not as painful but I feel I still have to force the last drop out yet some still felt stuck.. 2. My ears none stop ringing past 2 weeks .. 24/7 .. Lately it feels like there clugged up and air type feelings Like I m in a air lock ... 3. Underneath my left ribs a weird tingly Feeling like its sleeping .. Very buggy Last week or so .. Feels like numbness Spreads across my left side and stomach now.. Like shooting tingles Weird feeling After 7 or so days i finally past bowels I know I should ve went to the ER To be honest I m a addict of many addictions Last 26 day or so Only slept 3 time for Up for 7 days 1: 6 hrs of sleep Up for 7 days 2: 4-5 hrs of sleep Up or 6 days again 3: Slept 7-8 hrs Up for 4 days 4: slept 5-6 hrs Now I m in my 5 day w/ no sleep I m on The Crystal Meth n marijuana One or two beers now an then But that s mine to fix I have a intake to treatment 18 or July 2016 ... Ty n hope to hear from you

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection. I suggest doing a urine test to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen three times a day.

If the diagnosis is confirmed, I suggest using a cycle of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin twice a day for a week.
