What Causes Anal Bleeding?

Good day, my 39year old fiance has a bleeding taking place in his anus, he has started light bleeding in his nose, when he scratches his nose thats how we saw there is some blood over there aswell.his anus when he stools its alot, he says no pain at all, we from Port Elizabethe South Africa, kindly assist this all started Saturday 02/12/2017 and yesterday the bit bleeding in is one nostril

anal bleeding may be due to piles or intestinal infection

this blleding anal may be due to anal haemorrhoids and should be visualized to diagnose but if no pain with anal we suggest the other purpose is amoebic or intestinal infection..so you should do stool culture and blood test for liver enzymes ..you can give him metronidazole tablets that helps improving any ameobic infection and avoid any spicy food ,give him alot of fluids and milk,,as some times bad food style causes this anal bleeding
