What Causes Anal Pain And Rash Around Anus?

hi the past few days ive noticed my anal hurts when I wipe and after I get off the toilet. kind of like a nappy rash pain I then noticed when I poo it bleeds so I took a look and I have all these skin coloured lumps surrounding my anus its so uncomfortable ive googled around but can find no pictures like it

The symptoms you had mentioned are mostly suggestive of anal piles or fissure. For treatment you can take some laxatives like cremaffin or dufalac once daily at night along with combiflam for pain and avil for rashes. Take high fiber diet and avoid spicy or oily food. Take hot sitz bath (shake on anal region by sitting in to warm water) at-least 4-5 times daily.
