What Causes Anal Pain During Bowel Movement?

Hi Doctor i am Sakthi i have a problem while passing Motion.Motion hole keeps paining while passing motion 3 days back even i found blood was also sticking in the motion.it really hurts me .kindly help with the treatment.I am resiging in Bangalore-India.

Pain during passing stool ,may be you are constipated, you pass hard stool which gives pain while coming out and hard stool injures mucosa of rectum to bleed. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice to relieve immedeately pain and soften the stool .For permanant remedy i will advice plenty of vegetables ,fruits and plenty of fluids ,Have daily excercise.
