What Causes Anal Pain Followed By A Bowel Movement?

i have this anal pain which comes after a bowel movement. it has been there for over 6months now everytime i have a bowel movement and can persist for over 4 hours a day. More painful when i sit down. I also feel it when i pass the final stream of urine.

Sir according to ur symptoms described ,u might be suffering from hemmorhoids, which r the most common cause of anal pain.
I advice u to consult a general surgeon and get physically examined
