What Causes Anal Skin Tags In A Teenager?

my 14 yr old grandson has something that looks like a bundle of skin tags in his rectum, he has never had sex and that is what the dr says , could it be something else, he told the dr he would swear on the bible and take a lie detectors test, i believe him cause I know him, could it be something else

Hello.
If these are skin tags, they just occur and they don't indicate an infection and they can either be frozen off or clipped off. On the other hand, these may be external hemorrhoids and those are treated with cortisone cream
