What Causes Anemia And Thrombocytopenia?

I have anemia, low platelet count, joint pain, osteopenia, hyporarathyroidism, hypothyroidism.. My concern is my sudden low platelet count. Nobody is seeming to take me seriously that something is wrong. I ve lived with the hypoparathyroidism and hypothyroidism for over 5 years, off and on joint pain. This anemia and low platelet count is sudden, and I m concerned.

Hi,

PBF, and ferritin studies can tell the cause of anemia. Routine evaluation is helpful. If fever or other symptoms are there then infectious causes can be there, once opinion of a doctor is helpful.
