What Causes Anemia?

I been anemic for the past few years and they don’t seem to give me anything to make it better I been feeling worse and worse every day they resent did a ultrasound and it said I had a undentify mas of 9 mm can someone tell what’s going on with me

The mass in ultrasound needs to be evaluated with fnac or further tests as it could be anything. Regarding anemia you need to take haematinics with iron folic acid and vitamin b12. If it doesn't help then you need extensive work up pbf, reticulocyte count, liver function tests and hb electrophoresis
