What Causes Anemia?

I am a 37 year old Causasian female that works out regularly and eats healthy, but lately I have had a rubber like taste in my mouth that is driving me crazy! My husband tells me that my breath even smells like I ve been chewing on a balloon. I don t take any supplements or vitamins and am wondering what could be causing this. I ve had blood work done lately and everything looks good except I am borderline anemic.

Anaemia might be nutritional
for female main cause is heavy cycle
also there is anaemia due to chronic illness
or worm infestation and haemorrhagic conditions.
