What Causes Ankle, Chin And Forehead Whiteheads?

Hi there I been on holiday to Greece and I have been bitten numerous times all over by Mosquitos and I have just noticed today that I m slowly getting little whiteheads on ma chin round ma ankle and a couple on ma forehead. Any ideas what this could be?

Most commonly involved site is chin and forehead.
Puberty or menopause condition may cause this type of problems.

Stress and anxiety is aggravating factors.
