I HAVE FALLEN ARCHES, MY SHOES WORE OUT AND MY ANKLES STARTED HURTING ABOUT 5 MONTHS AGO, I GO NEW SHOES AND USED MY ARCH SUPPORTS, BUT MY LEFT ANKLE HURTS VERY MUCH ESPECIALLY AT END OF THE DAY . I SOME TIMES DRINK PEDIELITE AND IT HELPS. WHAT IS NEXT ??????

Hello,

To my opinion, the next step is to follow up with orthopedic specialist.
For the moment, I can suggest to take magnesium supplement only to relieve the muscle spasms. Apply analgesic cream locally.

But, again, you need to get rechecked by orthopedic specialist.
