What Causes Ankle Pain And Swelling To Reappear Within Few Days?

I have RA and i am taking Methotrexate 4 pill once a week. Unfortunately the swelling in my left ankle goes away for a couple of days and then comes back accompanied by severe pain. What could be causing this? It s been consistent for over one year.

for Ra methotrexate is nonspecific medicine if does not respond then you can take nasids. or aspirin group of drug but there is chance of gastric irritation so should take the drug after food and if requered can take antacid like polycrol gel.apply analgesic ointment like vol in.
