What Causes Anomic Aphasia?

my friend is a forcep delivered baby, and has a dent on the bak of his head, he is 21 years old and is now finding it a lil difficult saying some words in a sentence (never had the problem earlier)...he is very worried dat the dent will gv him permanent problems, is there a possibility of nething like dat to happen?
