Hello.

I read your message and understood your medical problem.

Frequent urination and a strange smell of urine are common causes of UTIs but not only. Diabetes, due to the concentration of ketones in urine may give a strange smell. Liver problems can be another cause as well.

My advice is that you must see a doctor for a full evaluation and do some blood and urine tests. If you are not diabetic and you don't suffer from kidney problems than it can be UTIs or a genital infection which causative agent is not covered by the antibiotics you have taken.

Maybe it is an infection due to molds. In women, candida is very common. This means that a urine culture is necessary to resolve the cause.

Foods, supplements and your general diet may change the smell of urine. Also, take note to check your genitals as well.

Hope this is helpful for you.
