Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Caffeine is the most widely used mood-altering drug in the world. People often see coffee, tea, and soft drinks simply as beverages rather than vehicles for a psychoactive drug. But caffeine can exacerbate anxiety and panic disorders. If you tend to be a high-strung, anxious person, using a lot of caffeine can be risky. Therefore, you should reduce your coffee intake to once daily. Not necessarily stop it altogether.

Good luck.
